Luis Parra

Luis Parra, EA is considered one of the most influential Hispanic professionals in the world of taxation in the United States. He is an accountant as well as a national and international speaker. As a former member of the IRS Advisory Council, he is the author of the first Spanish book on business taxes in the United States, currently in the third edition. Luis Parra is part of the selective group of tax professionals who can call themselves Enrolled Agents (EA), with only 50 thousand members across the United States. These professionals are authorized to represent taxpayers in the federal tax system. He is the founder and past president of the Latino Association of Tax Preparers, Inc. (LATAX) a non-profit organization that brings together Latino tax professionals across the country.
