What is Latino Tax Fest?

Latino Tax Fest is 4 days of learning, networking, and fun. Over 2,500 tax pros and accountants attend to learn about the latest tax and IRS changes while earning continuing education hours. Over 100 exhibitors will be showcasing their latest products and services to help you grow your business.

When and Where is Latino Tax Fest?

The 2024 Latino Tax Fest will take at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV, on June 24 – 27, 2024.

Event Hours

Monday: 8 am –  7 pm
Tuesday: 8 am – 7 pm
Wednesday: 8 am – 10 pm
Thursday: 8 am – 5 pm

We’re going green! Presentations will not be printed. The presentations will be available for all attendees on our Latino Tax Fest web app.

Ticket Access Information

Guest Pass: This pass grants access to the Marketplace, Mariachi Mixer, and Pool Party during event hours. You DO NOT have access to the classrooms and will NOT receive continuing education hours.

All Access Pass: This pass grants you access to all the classrooms and events.

Exhibitor Pass: In order to qualify for an exhibitor pass, your company must be exhibiting at the event. This pass grants access to the Marketplace, Mariachi Mixer, and Pool Party during event hours.

Disabilities

Participants with disabilities will receive reasonable accommodations as set forth by the LTP. Additional accommodations will be provided at a cost to participants, including personal devices.

Participants who require personal assistance must purchase an Attendee Helper badge at $249 for anyone in the classrooms to assist.

This will give them access to classrooms with NO credits, Marketplace, Mariachi Mixer, and Pool Party.

Refund Policy

If you cannot attend the event, you can receive a one-time credit for the full registration fee. This credit can be used for any future event or product in our store within 365 days of purchase.

No hassle refund policy for purchases up to 30 days before the event. If the event is within 30 days of your refund request, there will be a $100 processing fee per ticket.

If no show, no credit or refund will be issued. 

If you are asked to leave the premises by event management or property host for cause (i.e., misconduct, inappropriate advance toward others, intoxication, etc.), you will not be issued a credit or a refund.

Attendees Policies

Any participant in the event area must be registered and wear a participant badge at all times. Latino Tax Fest badges are required to access seminar rooms and the Marketplace. Badges must be visible at all times while at the event.

  • Participants acknowledge that standing around walls or in the doorway of classrooms is prohibited by fire codes and the conference facility.
  • Participants acknowledge that they may be asked to leave a classroom that is full to capacity and attend another seminar for safety reasons.
  • Participants acknowledge that allowing others to use their badges is a serious offense and may lead to expulsion from Latino Tax Fest without any refund of fees.

Latino Tax Fest is dedicated to promoting the free expression of ideas in a respectful and professional manner. Participants are expected to refrain from engaging in unacceptable behavior, whether in-person or online, which includes, but is not limited to:

  • Verbal, physical, or visual conduct towards another participant or participants that are unsolicited, unwelcome, and creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment.
  • Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following.
  • Unwelcome sexual attention.
  • Physical, verbal, or written abuse, intimidation, threats, annoyance, harassment, stalking, pushing, shoving, or the use of any physical force whatsoever against any person, which in any way creates a disturbance that is disruptive or dangerous or creates apprehension in a person, as determined by event management, in their sole discretion.
  • Any destruction or vandalizing of personal property or event site or materials.
  • Any lewd or offensive behavior or language, using sexually explicit or offensive language or conduct, profanity, obscene gestures, or racial, religious, or ethnic slurs.
  • Possession of any illegal substance or item. The event organizers do not tolerate the use or abuse of illegal substances or items anywhere in the event venues.
  • Assembling for the purpose of, or resulting in, disturbing the peace, or committing any unlawful act or engaging in any offensive behavior.
  • Any other illegal activity.
  • Advocating for or encouraging any of the above behavior.

As the conference host, Latino Tax Fest reserves the right to define the attendance criteria and deny participation to anyone who does not meet the criteria. To attend the conference, participants must be in good standing with their professional careers. Please note that Latino Tax Fest and its organizers do not endorse or promote individual attendees, and attendance at the conference does not imply any endorsement or recommendation by Latino Tax Fest or its organizers.

By participating in this event, you agree to adhere to this Attendee Policies. If you violate it, you may be expelled from the event without refund, at the discretion of the Event Organizers.

Privacy Policy

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO DISCLAIMER

Latino Tax Professionals (LTP) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken of registrants attending the event. By entering the event premises, you give LTP unlimited permission to use your name, image, statements, and other information given to LTP during registration or otherwise. We may use the photograph/video in media for the purpose of educational, promotional, and awareness use. This includes use in flyers, websites, and social media.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

We request the registration information under the authority of 5 USC 301 and 26 USC 7801. We use this information to establish a record of participants’ Latino Tax Fest. We also use the information to contact you regarding other LTP initiatives, to provide information you may be interested in, and to ask questions that help us evaluate our programs. Providing this information is voluntary; however, not providing it will prevent you from registering for Latino Tax Fest and will prevent us from contacting you.

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. We will add this email to our database and consider it an a opt in.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

The Way We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order or filling out a form to fulfill necessary business services.

Data Breach Reporting
If our data systems are breached, we will notify the individuals asap by email. The primary email for this is [email protected]. All systems and sub-processors we use will notify Latino Tax Pro no later than 72 hours if there is a data breach.
