Roberto Pons

Roberto Pons, EA was born in Cuba and arrived to the Unites States in 1980. After 20 years in the banking industry, and 3 year as Comptroller of a multinational company, Mr. Pons became an Enrolled Agent in 2003. Shortly thereafter, he founded Pons and Associates with the objective of helping his community’s members to solve and avoid tax problems. Since them, Mr. Pons became involved in the Florida Society of Enrolled Agents and its local chapter in Miami-Dade County. Mr. Pons served in several committees, the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of FSEA. As a result of his leadership and dedication, Mr. Pons was elected President of FSEA, and he currently hold that position. In 2012, Mr. Pons graduated from the National Tax Practice Institute and became a Fellow. He has taught classes for the Special Enrollment Examination at Miami Dade Community College South Campus, as well as several seminars to Enrolled Agents and for the public at large. Mr. Pons is a resident of Broward County in Florida; and his office is located in Miami Lakes.
