What is Latino Tax Fest?
Latino Tax Fest is 3 days of learning, networking, and fun. Over 2,500 tax pros and accountants attend to learn about the latest tax and IRS changes while earning continuing education hours. Over 100 exhibitors will be showcasing their latest products and services to help you grow your business.
When and Where is Latino Tax Fest?
The 2018 Latino Tax Fest will take place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on July 31 – Aug 2.
Is Lunch Provided?
Lunch is not provided; however, many exhibitors offer a free lunch and learn where you can learn about their latest products and offerings.
Is Coffee and Tea Provided?
Yes! Fresh coffee and tea is provided every morning from 8am to 10am.
Tuesday July 31st: 8am to 6:30pm
Wednesday August 1st: 8am to 9pm
Thursday August 2nd: 8am to 5pm
Ticket Access Information
Guest Pass: This pass grants you access to the Marketplace, the LTPA Store, and the Fiesta Mixers during event hours. You DO NOT have access to the seminar rooms and you will NOT receive continuing education hours.
All Access Pass: This pass grants you access to all the seminars and events taking place on July 31st, August 1st, August 2nd, 2018.
Exhibitor Pass: In order to qualify for an exhibitor pass, your company must be exhibiting at the event. This pass grants you access to the Marketplace (exhibit hall), the LTPA Store, and the Fiesta Mixers during event hours. You DO NOT have access to the seminar rooms and you will NOT receive continuing education hours.
Children under 18 years of age will not be admitted in seminar rooms or Marketplace (exhibit hall) floor, for any reason, without registering as a participant and wearing the appropriate badge.
Children under the age of 18 are specifically prohibited from being in the Marketplace floor during move-in and move-out hours.
Children in the event area must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No exceptions can be made due to liability clause set by hotel and the conference centers.
Participants with disabilities will receive reasonable accommodations as set forth by the LTPA. Additional accommodations will be provided at a cost to participant including personal devices.
Participants that require personal assistance must purchase participant badge for anyone needing to be in the seminar room to assist.
Attendees may cancel their reservation thirty (30) days in advance and apply their entire credit towards future seminars or online product. Individuals who want a refund will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. If a reservation is canceled fewer than thirty (30) days before the seminar no refund will be issued.
Any participant in the event area must be registered and wear a 2018 participant badge at all times. 2018 Latino Tax Fest badges are required to access seminar rooms and the Marketplace (exhibit hall). Badges must be visible at all times while at the event.
- Participants acknowledge that standing around walls or in the door way in seminar rooms is prohibited by fire codes and the conference facility.
- Participants acknowledge that they may be asked to leave a seminar room that is full to capacity and attend another seminar for safety reasons.
- Participants acknowledge that allowing others to use their badges is a serious offense and may lead to expulsion from Latino Tax Fest without any refund of fees.
We request the registration information under the authority of 5 USC 301 and 26 USC 7801. We use this information to establish a record of participants Latino Tax Fest 2018. We also use the information to contact you regarding other LTPA initiatives, to provide information you may be interested in, and to ask questions that help us evaluate our programs. Providing this information is voluntary; however, not providing it will prevent you from registering for Latino Tax Fest 2018 and will prevent us from contacting you.
